Lie down on a flat surface that is comfortable yet firm. Keep your spine aligned and your limbs relaxed. Place the paper with the symbol beneath your head or directly on your crown. Set the Selenite stone on your chest, between your heart and sternum, allowing its energy to radiate throughout your energetic field.

Remain lying in this state for 9 to 13 minutes, visualizing a nascent field of light expanding from the symbol, the stone, and your body—merging all into a single pulse with the universal origin.
When you feel the energy has settled, give thanks in silence. Fold the paper with reverence and store it together with the stone. Your Selenite has now been activated as a link to the Source. Use it to meditate, write intentions, or cleanse inner spaces.
